• Complete set of building specifications
• Full set of plans required to obtain a building permit including a specific and cost effective foundation design

Shown is a holiday home (7m wide) relocated to Aramoana for a Wellington based client, all plans provided. A deck was added along with new roof and french door. The foundation is constructed on sand.
