Patterson Contracting is a family owned business which has been relocating houses throughout Otago and Canterbury since 1991. This makes us Otago's oldest most trusted building removal business and we would like to thank our customers for their support.

We are proud to be Site Safe Members and have been recognized for our contribution to health and safety within the construction industry. We are the first building removal company in New Zealand to be accredited to work in the Christchurch Red Zone following the devasting earthquakes in 2010 and 2011.

As BCITO Registered Licensed Building Practitioners we are able to undertake restricted building work from foundations through to alterations and new builds.

We are members of the New Zealand Heavy Haulage Association with a combined 60 years of experience within the company undertaking all types of over dimension transportation and piloting work.
